Eligibility for Refunds:

1. Digital Files: Due to the nature of digital files, refunds are only available for files that are proven to be defective or not as described.
2. Time Frame: Requests for refunds must be made within 14 days of the purchase date.

3. Refund: If approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit 4 to 7 of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
